The artisans we work with have been chosen for their passion for their work, their meticulousness in the creation of each piece and for paying great attention to detail. When we receive the final pieces from each artisan, each jewel undergoes an inspection to ensure that it does not have manufacturing defects. It should be noted that all pieces are handmade, so there may be slight differences between them, but they are practically imperceptible.

Likewise, when preparing the order, we do a second review before its departure to ensure that you have the best of us.

If you wish to make an exchange or return, we ask that you read the following requirements carefully.

For changes:

  • Exchanges are accepted within the first 7 days of receiving the order for a product of equal or higher price. If the price is lower, the balance will not be refunded.
  • Any products purchased on sale, with a discount code or through special offers are not accepted for exchange.
  • Products must be unused, in the same condition and with the original packaging. To process the exchange, send us an email to ventas@laurella.co indicating the order number, the reason and the item(s) for which the exchange is to be made. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for the exchange.

For exchanges due to defective product:

  • We regret the inconvenience with your purchase. We accept exchanges within the first 30 days of purchase for the same product, which will be delivered completely new (not repaired).
  • The products will be sent by the customer for evaluation of the product and to determine the cause. To process the exchange, send us an email to ventas@laurella.co indicating the order number, relevant data and the reason for the exchange. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for the exchange.

For returns:

  • Returns are accepted within the first 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Any products purchased on sale, with a discount code, in special offers or personalized are not accepted for returns.
  • We will provide you with a credit note for the amount of the product but not for the shipping charge. This cannot be used to purchase products on sale, discounted or on sale. NO refunds will be made.
  • Products must be unused, in the same condition and with the original packaging. To process the return, send us an email to ventas@laurella.co indicating the order number and the reason. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • All our promotions that include discounts on the second jewel, this applies to the lowest-priced jewel, this applies to internal, public and alliance promotions.
