American sizes are measured in inches. If you normally use the metric system, it will be easier and more accurate to measure your size this way with a ruler or centimeter, since these sizes go from millimeter to millimeter.
Of course, send us an email to ventas@laurella.co with the subject 18k design, indicating the piece you would like in gold, reference photos and/or stones you would like to use, and the size in the case of rings.
We will contact you to finalize the details, then we will send you a quote and a delivery time, which will be approximately two weeks (this will depend on the complexity of the design and the season).
Once the quote has been accepted and payment has been made, we will start working on your order.
Of course, we love design and developing unique pieces. If you have a completely new design that you want us to develop for you or someone special, send us an email to ventas@laurella.co with the subject CUSTOM ORDER. You can include reference photos, stones or techniques that you would like to use. We will help you create what you have in mind.
Our pieces are made of 18k gold, 950 silver and 925 silver for bracelet chains, earrings and necklaces to make them more resistant.
We do NOT work with plated or gold plated jewelry, all the jewelry you see is made 100% from the indicated material.

When you are finalizing your purchase, in the notes section you can write that it is a gift and the note you would like to include with the order to be delivered. Also, tell us the name of the person to whom you are sending the gift, along with the delivery address; this way we can ask for it at the time of delivery.
*The products are delivered in their original packaging , not wrapped in gift paper . Although we know you will love our packaging, it consists of a cloth bag containing the jewel, a box, all accompanied by tissue paper confetti and a card with your message inside a sturdy box for shipping.
For us, every order is a gift.
If you cannot find your size in the ring model you chose, send us a WhatsApp message or an email indicating your size and chosen model, and we will help you with your purchase. Don't worry, the price will be the same.
Please note that since this is an order for which we do not have the size, we do not have it in stock. Therefore, delivery time may take up to two weeks since we have to send the order to the workshop.

All payments on our website are made through the IziPay payment platform, which is an extremely secure online payment system. They process the card number, CVV, expiration date and card user name to ensure the confidentiality and protection of the card data; we as a company do not have access to any of the data provided in regards to the payment method.
